GF Futures (Hong Kong) Co., Limited Established in March 2008, GF Futures (Hong Kong) Co., Limited (hereafter “GF Hong Kong Company” ) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GF Futures Co., Limited, being one of the first three mainland-based futures companies setting foot on Hong Kong with the permission from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). GF Hong Kong Company involves in brokerage and advising services for global futures and options contracts. Early in February 16th of 2007, GF Hong Kong Company was granted the license from Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for regulated activity type two—trading in futures contracts (CE number: AOB 369). In the meantime, we also obtained participantship of both Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE) and HKFE Clearing Corporation Limited for our brokerage services of HengSeng Index futures and options and H Share Index Futures and Options. Besides, we provide brokerage services for global exchanges as LME, CBOT, CME, NYMEX, TOCOM and SGX, products ranging from base metals, precious metals, energy, grains and exchange rates, interest rates to stock index derivatives. To facilitate client-end trading, our e-trading platform has included most of the mentioned contracts. GF Hong Kong Company is the initial stop for GF’s globalization.
