Associate/ Analyst, Private Equity (Investment)

Responsibilities

Support deal screening, due diligence, evaluation (including market research, product / service feasibility and financial analysis) and execution
Performing ad-hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations
Support post-investment management
Carry out valuations and financial modelling
Assist in the preparation and presentation of investment memo to investment committee
Conduct industry and company research
Building strong networks with peers and entrepreneurs 

Requirements

University degree in Business, Finance, Investment or related discipline, master degree preferred, professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA is a plus
Minimum one-year relevant experience, more experienced with be considered as Associate
Experience in financial modeling and valuation
Deep passion for PE/VC sector
Strong analytical and communication skill, detail-minded
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Willing to travel, good team player
