HR Intern (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating the performance review and recruitment related activities including maintaining recruitment database, interview arrangements etc.
  • Prepare new joiner’s on-boarding documents
  • Provide data input & update and administrative support to HR Department
  • Take part of ad hoc HR projects or tasks

Requirements

  • University student with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Chinese word processing
  • Detail oriented, good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy a detailed orientation
  • Able to work at least 2 days per week, immediately available is preferred.
