Vice President, Equity Derivatives Structuring

Responsibilities

Structure and develop equity related structure products including Synthetic TRS platform, Equity delta one trading and derivatives
Structure and execute cross-border trading solutions
Manage pricing and hedging solutions for TRS and derivative products.
Work with IT to develop Synthetic TRS trading system.
Work with Sales and clients to develop and implement tailor-made equity TRS, lending and tructure solutions
Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trend and new business opportunities

Requirements

Quantitative bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
Solid experiences on Equity related structure products and derivatives, and cross-border structure solutions
Hands-on experiences on TRS and delta one trading.
Good understanding of onshore/offshore policies and regulations
Attention to detail
Superior work ethic and high levels of motivation
Excellent technical and analytical skills and the ability to articular complex concepts
Ability to multi-task & be prepared for a fast-paced dynamic environment
A keen interest in learning about and following financial markets
An entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude in the approach to the job
