Responsibilities

Perform the risk analysis of the PE investment, e.g. review the due diligence files, financial models and valuation reports, provide the risk opinion or suggestion;
Keep monitoring the existing PE projects, e.g. industry and company related news, stock price, financial figures, project valuation and etc.;
Assist the BU with the project exit and the relevant approval process;
Review the PE relevant policies, provide the risk suggestion;
Assist with the team lead’s assigned tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Holder of CPA, FRM or CFA is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in PE/VC, corporate finance or equity research or relevant experience in accounting, consulting or auditing.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Demonstrates ability to multi-task and set priority.
