Responsibilities

  • Supervise customer service team
  • Handle retail business departments coordination, procedures analysis and provision of solutions
  • Perform CA account opening approval and anti-money laundering cases approval
  • Sign PI documents, account opening documents and CARA forms
  • Research and proceed in complex corporate account structure

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant discipline;
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person (type 1) under SFC in dealing securities is an advantage
  • Strong compliance sense
  • Minimum of 5 year's customer service with team management experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Knowledge on KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA are preferred
  • Good knowledge in compliance & risk, as well as the operation of SFC and HKEX
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Good people management skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible
  • Able to multi-tasking and work under dynamic work environment.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in excel
