As the HR Business Partner Team, he/she will be responsible to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters. Given the diverse nature of the position, it offers excellent HR exposure in our platform.
Responsibilities
- Provide value-added HR generalist services and advisory to designated business unit(s) including but not limited to brokerage business on manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention and performance management
- Provide end-to-end recruitment service across different businesses and functions.
- Provide full assistance in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
- Responsible for internal and external communication, respond to internal and external stakeholders’ HR enquiries;
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in human resources functions and experience in financial institutions is a must;
- Hands-on approach; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and a strong team player.
