Responsibilities

  • Support Department in all aspects of business and administration, coordination and communication with headquarters;
  • Responsible for drafting and consolidating management reports for management perusal;
  • Responsible for coordinating business requests via the internal OA system, and maintain OA system’s daily operation;
  • Assist in arrange company meetings, prepare meeting materials and post-meeting minutes;
  • Provide internal departmental support, such as announcement of company rules and regulations, company important notice to staff;
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant discipline;
  • 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in financial institutions, preferably in PRC-based companies;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English; experienced in official document writing is preferred;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook;
  • Strong team spirit, strong self-motivation and able to work independently within tight timeline.
