Associate, Sales Administration


  • Sales Administration, including applications & documents handling, client file maintenance, filing etc
  • Sales Support includes provide information and materials to sales on request
  • Prepare insurance proposals
  • Maintain sale materials and document library
  • Assist on ad-hoc assignments and projects


  • University Graduate with any discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience; experience in insurance broker company and insurance license holder is definitely advantage
  • Detail minded, responsible, eager to learn and positive working attitude
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Familiar with Office, Acrobat Pro and Access
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
