Customer Services Assistant (3 Months Contract)
Responsibilities
- Perform data input daily
- Cross check whether client’s data in the system is matched with client’s supporting documents
- Consolidate and prepare excel list for recording the outstanding documents
- Support other administrative and clerical duties upon request
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese word processing is a Must
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
