Customer Services Assistant (3 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Perform data input daily
  • Cross check whether client’s data in the system is matched with client’s supporting documents
  • Consolidate and prepare excel list for recording the outstanding documents
  • Support other administrative and clerical duties upon request

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Chinese word processing is a Must
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
