Associate/ Vice President, Settlement

Responsibilities

Perform daily settlement of overseas market and OTC derivative
Responsible for stock recognition and corporate action for overseas market and OTC derivative
Ensure all settlement procedures in compliance with relevant rules and regulations set forth in SFC Hong Kong
Liaise with internal and external parties for system enhancement and optimization
Participate in ad hoc project assigned by department head

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above
At least 8 years' relevant experience
Familiar with operating Euroclear and Clearstream is preferable
Proactive, highly self-motivated, diligent, willingness to accept additional responsibilities and challenge
Good communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
