HR Generalist & Support

He/ She will be responsible to perform different aspects of recruitment and HR operational support. Given the diverse nature of the position, it offers excellent exposure which allows the individual to liaise with different internal and external stakeholders on various HR related projects.
Responsibilities
- Involve in coordinating the recruitment related activities including maintaining, recruitment database, interview arrangements, progress reports, invoice payment etc.;
- Assist in new joiner’s on-boarding processes and employment reference check;
- Manage internal record including staff personal information, leave record, training record and training sponsorship;
- Provide data input & update and administrative support to HR Department;
- Manage new and renewal employment visa process;
- Prepare HR related reports and PowerPoint;
- Take part of ad hoc HR projects or tasks.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 1 years’ work experience in human resources, administration; fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Chinese word processing;
- Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and able to handle multi-tasks;
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy a detailed orientation;
- Immediately available is preferred.
