Analyst, Customer Service (Securities Brokerage Non-sales)

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in account opening and account maintenance, experience on handling individual, corporate and institutional clients
  • Handle both clients and sales enquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform document checks in relation to KYC/CDD, AML, CRS and FATCA
  • Assist Team Head in daily business operations and activities in terms of coordination, organization and communication
  • Liaise with the sales and other departments to streamline the working procedures
  • Maintain and update Operational procedures from time to time to ensure complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Perform UAT on system enhancements
  • Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person (type 1) under SFC in dealing securities is an advantage
  • Experience in financial industry preferred but fresh graduates also welcomed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Good people management skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible
  • Able to multi-tasking and work under dynamic work environment.
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in excel
