合规管理岗

工作职责

对证券研究报告、各类业务合同、对外函件等进行合规及法律审核；
关注证券研究业务相关法律法规及监管动态变化，督促完善相应的制度流程；
回复日常合规与法律咨询；
部门领导交办的其他工作任务。需要，按照公司流程进行公司内部发文。

 
招聘要求

硕士研究生及以上学历，境外学习法律、金融相关专业优先，英文熟练；
了解香港金融监管要求，香港金融机构合规与法律审核工作经验或实习经历者优先；
为人正直、诚实守信，具有良好的团队协作精神和服务意识，工作态度积极勤勉、细心严谨，具有较强的沟通能力和书面表达能力。
工作地点主要在香港、广州。
