Vice President / Associate, Finance

This role is reporting to the Team Head of Finance, you will be a core member of the team, duties include, but not limited to:
Job Responsibilities

Update investment schedules, including but not limited to bonds, structured notes, total return swaps, forward, interest rate swaps, repo, etc;
Update system data on timely basis and reconcile data with Operation and front desk;
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including head office, front desk and Risk Department for data requests;
Update ledger from valuation system and reconcile with external brokers’ statements and reports from front desks;
Update ledger of Brokerage business and responsible for FRR, stress test,
Participate in related system enhancement projects;
Prepare monthly KPI analysis;
Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by team leader.

Requirements

University graduate in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline;
Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in sizable financial institutions; Big 4 background is preferred but not a must;
Familiar with different financial products, especially in bonds, derivatives, structured products, and repo, etc;
Strong and solid knowledge on financial instruments and market operations;
Independent, strong analytical abilities and communication skill, good time management and high attention to details;
Excellent in English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred.
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Associate, Finance.
