工作職責
- 為公司及部門提供全方位文檔文秘支持,包括且不限於各類報告的撰寫、匯報。
- 協調和安排管理層會議,包括准備會議材料,確保會議順利進行;撰寫會議紀要;會後督辦、跟進會議有關事項。
- 負責OA系統的文書流轉,以確保公司內部及呈請總部的審批運行及時順暢。
- 因應需要,按照公司流程進行公司內部發文。
- 與總部定期、不定期溝通協調。
- 完成上級交辦的其他工作事項。
招聘要求
- 於知名中資金融機構擁有至少2-3年相關經驗(有國企工作背景更佳)。
- 擁有中國文學、工商管理、財務、經濟或任何相關學科的學士學位或以上學歷。
- 具備出色的中文寫作和口語表達能力(普通話);優先考慮具備專業工作水平的英語能力之人選。
- 具有責任感並具備良好的人際溝通及協調能力。
- 具備優秀的自我激勵和抗壓能力,能夠工作細致,具有敏銳的洞察力,熟悉中資企業文化及內部組織架構。
- 有良好的時間管理能力;能夠高效處理多項工作。
- 熟練掌握微軟Word、Excel、PowerPoint和Outlook。
- 如能力及相關背景優秀,可考慮為副總裁。
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including the preparation of various reports.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings for senior management, including the preparation of meeting materials and minutes, as well as following up with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate the internal approvals via the OA system to ensure operational efficiencies.
- Prepare and distribute internal communication circulars, if necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with Headquarters.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in prominent Chinese financial institutions (preferably with a state-owned enterprise background).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chinese Literature, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
- Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin), both in writing and speaking; Professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and exhibit meticulousness and keen insight; familiarity with Mainland Chinese corporate culture and organizational structure.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Candidate with stronger experience will be considered for Vice President position.
