Vice President / Associate Fix Onboarding and Project Implementation

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled calibre to work closely with vendors and users in performing institutional business analysis, project implementation, and FIX onboarding support for equity trading workflows, as well as buyside and sellside connectivity.
Job Responsibilities


Provide technical support for front-to-back application systems, including Fidessa, Tora, Bloomberg Terminal (BBG), FIX gateway, and other in-house business platforms.


Manage client FIX onboarding processes and vendor relationships.


Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and facilitate system enhancements or bug fixes.


Assist in conducting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.


Participate in project implementation, including business workflow analysis and solution development.


Identify and prevent operational risks.

Manage the team’s knowledge base and support documentation.

Requirements


Master or bachelor degree in Information Technology or related disciplines


Minimum of 4 years of experience in the securities industry, with at least 2 years focused on FIX trading projects or system support. 


Solid understanding of Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) application support, as well as FIX connectivity.


Proficient in SQL database management and familiar with Linux/Ubuntu operating systems.


Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a keen sense of risk management.


Team-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
