Corporate Access Analyst / Associate

We are expanding Corporate Access team to facilitate engagements among analysts, institutional investors, and listed companies. The successful candidate will coordinate corporate roadshows, analyst meetings, conferences etc.
Responsibilities

Organizing analyst meetings, company roadshows, and expert calls with full logistical coordination
Arranging due diligence meetings and company visits for institutional investors
Collaborating with equity sales, research analysts, and investment banking teams
Preparing departmental reports and maintaining corporate access activity records
Supporting ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
1-2 years of experience in corporate access or investor relations in top-tier financial institution preferred 
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
