Responsibilities


Responsible for overall corporate solutions (ESOP / Share Incentive Plan), trust and family office businesses


Responsible for setting up business strategies, goals, procedures and policies


Identify business opportunities and establish sales plan and initiatives


Maintain good business relationship with corporate clients and business partners


Provide in-house training to various business teams


Oversee daily business and operations


Supervise the team on regulated activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulatory requirements, including internal policies and procedures


Requirements


More than 10 years of relevant experience in brokerage firms, banks, or other financial institutes


At least 3 years in the capacity of a team manager


Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills


Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment


Good knowledge of Share Incentive Plan is a must


Fluent in both Mandarin and English
